About the process

You are likely considering help because a relationship is affecting your mental well-being and you want to improve it, fix it, or make a decision about it. Your relationship problems may be also sabotaging other areas of your life.

I help clients with relationships with their spouses, partner, parents, children, and more. My role is to help you set relationship goals, understand your current partnership, thrive inside your marriage, grieve a lost loved one, or take your long-term relationship to the next level. Only one member of the relationship needs to participate in coaching to improve the relationship. The process takes 3 months of commitment, once a week for 60 minutes in-person, by phone, or online. My solution-focused program is designed to build effective systems that help you enjoy more what matters. Together, we paint a picture of your ideally balanced life and clarify the steps to get there, I utilize simple behavioral changes, accountability structures, and incremental incentives to help you cultivate the momentum needed for lasting change.
